Because of poverty, the growth of the oppressed, the disappearance of mutual aid and charity and the growth of unemployment, it  is to try to solve these huge problems haunting universe that a new generation wake up with a patriotic spirit to seek development and do what other generations have not been able to do.


Having inspired some quotes from people who have marked the history like Martin Luther King who said: "A nation that produces stupid men purchases its own spiritual death on credit." The best way forward is to set or follow a fixed idea of ​​where we dream that this Association becomes a laboratory where all the volunteers, dreamy and talented people meet to finally build our beloved society.

This organization was born in the month of May in 2012. Thanks to the hard work of the members began from zero; it was able to obtain his agreement in August 2014 from the Ministerial Order: 530/1432 of August 19, 2014 and indefinitely.














 CHAP I: Why Tabitha Christian Association
Many people ask this kind of question and want to know the meaning and the reasons that led us to choose this name "Tabitha Christian Association" is the answer


 Tabitha: - Being a disciple, she helped greatly around her widows
                 By making them through actions (Acts 9: 36-40)
                 Like the others, she died. Being rendered by rescue these people                            , she is among the few people who have had the chance to be resurrected .As this miracle occurred, we believe that to thanksgiving is not only beneficial for man alive but also after his death for so  we invite people to love others and help them as Tabitha did.

Other ".We are here to relay this message to our country

1 .Vision
Bring the Love, Peace and Charity in society and contribute to sustainable development of the territory where we finally:
             * Sow the spirit of work and creativity in society
            * Uniting hearts broken for the construction of a Better World
            * Helping the oppressed


2. Ideology
Aides minimum 4 People
If they come back to say thank you. Obliged them to do to others and to transmit the same message or custom, soon there your compassion will reach as far as possible and it will be an enlisting chain .Σ (4 x *) = 0, Where you cannot go to attend , others will be in your place for social interest.

If you help someone and it helps 4, these people will help 4 to 16 ,16 to 64 where it will be an endless chain; So helping one person you can save an entire nation or even a universe.

II. Slogan and Motto
 Tabithiens behavior is one of the leaders, Model for Future Generations and not irresponsible people. The Tabithiens never leave, they are always in action regardless of the circumstances .We are waking up with goals and dreams and go all day without fatigue and always returned with fruit from sweat

CHAPTER II: OBJECTIVES

Our goals are huge but are summarized as follows:
Help and assist vulnerable
Create employment for the fight against poverty
Revalue culture in artistic and intellectual leadership
Fight against HIV / AIDS and other diseases


 1. Assist and Assist Vulnerable
                   TCA, we want to help humanity and we must ask ourselves where this help come from? That is why we are initiating the Spirit to create projects that will support us in this area.


2. Creating jobs to fight against Poverty
The failure of the offer of employment
In Burundi, the insufficient supply of employment in general and youth employment in particular is a Complete reality. It is related to certain factors including: weakness in economic activity, low employment creation in the public and private sector, an undeveloped private sector, weakness of innovation, low savings and therefore a low capacity capital formation.
With a young population representing almost 73.2% IN August 30, 2008, Burundi shows an extremely high unemployment rate: 14.6% in the middle Urban against 11% in Rural areas. This can be explained by economic activity and remuneration in campaigns that are low where the rural exodus of young people. Young people are not sufficiently prepared to develop the spirit of creativity.
Our poverty is caused then by lack of the spirit of creativity. For this, we must all fight, fight against this laziness in youth to finally wake up to the search for a better world .What which explains the weakness of innovation?
The role of innovation is paramount in creating; sustaining employment on one hand and in supporting the economic growth of other part.la first major innovation is changing mentalities. This weakness of the innovation is a result of the imbalance between supply and demand in employment in Burundi.

 

3. Revaluate culture in coaching Artistic and intellectual
Our mission is not only focused on assistance but also on the artistic and intellectual development.

Everyone is born with many talents but what is surprising is that many people die without having emptied their talents and unable to know their potential.

Burundian youth is a force for development and we must act so that these talented young people will die without having exploited sections, displayed their talents, why not live their talents? Some possible ways to upgrade our culture. After the war of 1993, several young people have abandoned their studies without; they became underemployed; basic school leave us young people to train,
It is desired to T.C .A  to be a good environment to train people trades and help them develop their talents, a favorable environment for artistic and intellectual influence.



. The fight against HIV / AIDS and Other diseases


Being aware of several diseases present in Africa and even in our country, knowing that a disease becomes a strong and active person, passive person, as we work in the fields for development; one cannot ignore the health of which we try to contribute as much as possible in this area.
                          AIDS has left many orphans, widows and widowers; they became unable or inactive today and they need someone to comfort them, support and reach out in these painful situations.
Then we must mobilize youth who still has the strength and courage to work to prevent these diseases and help those who are already carriers of these diseases

CHAPTER III. Plan Action
The plan action of Tabitha Christian Association is as follows:

Many activities like trainings, events ,seminars and conferences have been organized and we still working to help Burundian Youth.






Finally, Man becomes what he thinks, it's time to wake up to add value to this present world, Everyone a duty to his beloved country .Being a light to our nation, we are called to enlighten zones away. This is not a youth mission for their country but a mission of every patriot, whether one is young, adult or old. When we will no longer be, we will be remembered for our actions not our assets.

Being animated by a creative patriot Spirit, we must all contribute in this long market towards the development of our society. We must understand that one day Japan was not among the economic powers; Brazil and Singapore were among the Under Developed Countries. T.C.A wants to implement throughout the territory of Burundi and if deemed appropriate by sovereign bodies, we will break the boundaries to serve any universe. It educates and trains leaders in several areas finally they start to contribute in the development of this country.

  We cannot ignore the singing step already taken in the development process but comparing Burundi and Developed Countries; we must provide our share for our country leaves the stage Developing Countries Channel in Phase Countries immersing .This is not an exclusive action of the government but of all citizens.
